I absoluetly love enjoying my off time in the mountains!!! The people were sooo kind and loving towards me! I couldn't ask for more.. Wow the beauty of God's creation was bestowed upon me.. I definitely can't wait to go back.
It was my first time at EPC and definitely recommend this place for cleanliness, facilities and comfort. But the best thing about la estancia Los Weros is the warm welcome and great treatment you get during your stay. Juan Antonio and his family make you feel like you’re an old friend, very kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again
Stayed here in March of 2019. In short - we loved our time at Los Weros! It's a little bit further from the Canyon entrance which is actually nice since it is quieter on weekend nights when locals are driving in and out of the Canyon blasting their music; plus we found it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the larger properties. The proprietors (Juan Antonio and Hilda) are fantastic - very friendly and accomodating. We stayed in Weros 3 which is a great size for a couple. It's cozy but very clean and well maintained. We didn't stay in Weros 1or 2 but had a good look at them and they are very nice - either would be perfect for 3-4 people or a couple who want to spread out a bit more. We'll definitely be staying at Los Weros again when we come back!
The place is really perfect. Family-owned, clean, and with all the amenities you would need. The outdoor kitchen is well stocked and organized, with lots of refrigerator space and dry storage, and it even has a microwave! We drank the water from the tap the whole time without any worry. Apparently, it comes from a spring in the mountains. The rooms are small but well-appointed, and I loved the firm bed. The outdoor space is big and has tons of different hangout spaces, even a patio on the roof. Juan and Llama made sure we had everything we needed and even left little treats for us after a long day of climbing in EPC. They also helped arrange rides to and from the airport. When I come back, I'll be booking with them. It's a 5-minute walk to the entrance of EPC. I have zero complaints. Oh, yeah. The wireless was fas and easy to connect to. Cell service was good for my Cricket Wireless plan.
Would definitely stay here if we come back to EPC. Waking distance to climbing + town, very clean, friendly hosts, and all the kitchen amenities. It's about a 5 minute walk from the busy campgrounds, so much quieter.
Perfect location, a short drive or a long walk to the park. Super private and secure. Beds were very comfortable and provided sheets, blankets, pillows, towels were great!
My wife & I stayed here for 11 days while climbing at EPC. The accommodations were great! Clean, quiet & spacious. We had our own 1 bedroom cottage with kitchen, living area, bathroom & outdoor courtyard. 5 minute walk to the various restaurants outside the park, 10 minutes to the park entrance, 20 minutes to the grocery store in town. Wi-Fi was great, and the price is good! Juan Antonio & the family who run it are very friendly, even dropped off homemade treats for us periodically He was also able to arrange taxi services for us. Highly recommend staying here!
